Although the various branches of House Baratheon are at odds with each other, they all still use the same war doctrine and training system that served their united house long before the War of the Five Kings. The Baratheon guardsmen wear full plate armour, heavy shields and the war hammers characteristic of the House of the Stormlands. Rugged and unyielding, they work well as the centre of troops or their advance guard. However, it should be noted that the weakness of the Baratheon Guards is their low mobility. In addition to the 12 models that make up the Guards troop, the set includes a model of a Guards Officer along with a figure and an add-on card.
