DAUGHTERS OF KHAINE KHINERAI

Closing their wings, the Khinerai known as Lifers fall downwards at high speed. At the last moment, they spread their leathery feathers, which cause them to plummet downwards and brandish their sickle blades with maximum force. Opponents who survive this devastating attack may attack, but Lifetakers are masters at turning their heart-shaped shields to not only repel blows but also pierce organs. Even as nearby enemies rally to force Lifetakers into battle, they soar above the fray in a flurry of beating wings, searching for their next target. For such unfortunates, the last thing they hear will be a sudden breeze before the Lifetakers' deadly attack takes its toll.

Khinerai Heartrenders fly out of the sky, dark streaks that quickly cut through the low clouds. With streams of steam still clinging to their bodies, the winged creatures soar upwards, using their momentum to launch vicious, spiked javelins with great force. These spike-laden spears move with such speed that they are capable of piercing both the mounted warrior and his steed, while retaining enough momentum to penetrate deep into the ground. However, if a sufficiently tempting target appears, the Heartrenders will let go of their missile attack and throw themselves into battle.
