The Inquisition is the most powerful organisation of the Empire's many branches. Its agents, the Inquisitors, inspire fear and respect in equal measure. They are creatures of myth as much as flesh and blood, tenacious beings who descend from on high to judge the mutant, the traitor and the heretic. Known as a man of steely determination and purity of willpower, Gregor Eisenhorn is a legendary Inquisitor who, in his career, has moved from Puritan ideology to radical ideology - a journey that has often led to accusations of heresy, although Eisenhorn has always proved himself to be anything but righteous. Those who have gotten in Eisenhorn's way and survived rarely want his attention again. This multi-part resin kit contains the components necessary to assemble the Eisenhorn. The model depicts Eisenhorn in his youth - high cheekbones, magnificent jawline and slippery hair surrounding a commanding inquisitorial countenance. He carries the various tools with which he performs his ceremonial duties - in his right hand an artisanal bolt pistol, a runic staff with inquisitorial scroll cases slung across his back and an electric grenade dangling from it, and a Barbarisater sword tucked and attached to his belt. In his left hand he clutches another Inquisitorial scroll case, and around his neck he wears the seal of the Inquisitors - topped with an aquila, making the model a true showpiece of Imperial iconography. There is even a seal of purity on the left shoulder of his ornate combination of armour and cloak. The base features a carved, cracked symbol of the Inquisition, over which Eisenhorn steps with purpose and determination - signifying his journey from Puritanism to radicalism. This base also features Bolter shells and a horned skull.
