The peculiar weapon of the Red God's followers fighting in Stannis' ranks resembles the Lightbringer, the legendary flaming sword of Azor Ahai only in appearance. These fanatics simply pour a mixture of oils over their blades, which, when set on fire, briefly emit tremendous heat. Although they are not heavily armored, the Followers of R`hllor, thanks to their unwavering faith, do not retreat on the battlefield from anyone.
