MORDOR WAR CATAPULT (MO)

The catapults of Mordor are Sauron's first tool when his armies must break through enemy fortifications. Made of the strongest wood plundered from the forests of Middle-earth and joined by large iron plates, these devices are a terrifying sight to those within the fortress walls. Firing huge boulders at the enemy, these catapults have led to the fall of cities and citadels from Umbar to Angmar. The boulders fired are so heavy that each catapult is equipped with a troll whose job it is to load them, as well as to protect the crew from attacks by scouts.

The catapult itself is a huge device carved to look like it was made of strong wood and iron forged in Mordor. With a huge metal boulder at one end, it is charged by a huge, grizzly Troll who carries a heavy stone and sports a mask. In addition, the set includes 3 orc warriors to operate the catapult, each wearing sinister-looking heavy armor.
