Application method:

Mix three portions of modeling compound with one portion of water and stir until you get a thick consistency. 

Once the mass has hardened, you can smooth it with wet fingers. 

The drying time is about 15 minutes. The mixture can remain wet to the touch for 24 to 48 hours, but can be painted and worked on after only about 30 minutes.
