This 128-page hardcover supplement includes:
- Age of the Aranthian: Details the events that took place on Necromunda after the rise of the Aranthians, the awakening of Broodspire, and the start of the Scavenger's War. Includes a full timeline of the Aranthian Era and a list of known Nomad characters.
- The Fall of Helmawr Campaign: rules for playing a series of linked games, the third installment of the Succession Campaign. The gangs fight to seize and maintain control of important landmarks in the ash wasteland, allowing them to hunt down Helmawr's heir or help her escape.
