HISTORY

Assigned to the Quintus fleet of the Indomitus Crusade, Helewise and her sisters follow an ancient pilgrimage route to rediscover and liberate the shrine world of Cion, once a holy bastion of their order. Following in the footsteps of Saint Katherine herself, their faith will be put to the test as they try to discover what happened to their sisters stationed in the demon-infested sectors beyond Cicatrix Maledictum.

As their mission turns from disaster to disaster and the Emperor's voice grows ever quieter, the Sisters of Battle must trust the bolter, the blade and their unbreakable bonds to fend off the darkness of the Imperium Nihilus.
