Spartan assault tanks can be used in Legions Imperialis games in dedicated Spartan Legion Detachments by both Legiones Astartes and Traitor Astartes armies, as well as allies in Solar Auxilia armies. They can be equipped with side-mounted quad lascannons or laser destroyer cannons, and heavy bolters or hull-mounted lascannons. Additionally, they can be built with or without a tank commander, and with an optional heavy bolter or multi-melta mounted at the hatch.

The set includes 120 plastic parts to build four Spartan assault tanks in epic scale for use in Warhammer: Horus Heresy - Legions Imperialis games. It also includes a Legiones Astartes vehicle transfer sheet containing 1130 patterns with symbols of various Space Marine Legions and numerals, units, honors, and kill markings.

The miniatures in this set are supplied unassembled and unpainted.
