The Emperor's Champion is a humble warrior plucked from the ranks of the Black Templars by the divine will of the Emperor himself. The ferocious blows of the enemy strike at his almost impenetrable Armour of Faith, while the Champion seeks out enemy generals and heroes and slays them with sweeping blows of his Black Sword. Wrapped in golden light, these implacable warriors can disregard countless wounds and instead knock down countless enemies. Their sacred weaponry takes place in the Reclusiam Black Templars, and if a Champion breaks down and falls, a crusade is launched to reclaim this sacred weaponry.
